Join the Coalition
Anyone who works with or on issues affecting young children is welcome to join the Anchorage Early Childhood Coalition.
Our members are teachers, medical professionals, home visitors, administrators, parents, community organizers, policymakers, and early childhood advocates.
Founded in 2021 through a convening of multiple organizations that serve children, the shared vision of our coalition is that Anchorage is a place for ALL young children can grow, learn, and thrive.
Led by co-chairs selected from the membership with backbone support from Best Beginnings, we represent Anchorage and its interest(s) in the Alaska Early Childhood Network.
Our coalition meets monthly on the 3rd Thursday from 2-3 PM AKST via Zoom.
Each meeting provides members with an opportunity to share program updates, upcoming events, and collaborate on shared group goals.
